Email Templates show duplicated values and wrong template updated on save

I am using self-host Appwrite v1.7.4 and I am having issues updating my Email Templates. For some weird reason, all the templates have the same values in the subjects and message fields. (You can see this from the attached screenshot) And if I try to update anyone of them, the success message I see is "Email verification template for en updated" even when I didn't update the Email verification template.

Is this a known issue, or is there an explanation for this? And what are the possible workarounds?
