I have the free tier for the database but it seems to not let me import a csv file. Is there a reason why? In fact, I can't even create a document

TL;DR
When trying to import a CSV file on the database's free tier, developers first need to create attributes. This may be the reason why the CSV import feature isn't working and why documents can't be created.
