Can't add a payment option

When I try to purchase a paid plan, I can't add neither a local Visa Card nor a Revolut card, I get a generic "A processing error occurred." message. What can I do to pay for the plan? I have tried refreshing the page going back and forth, also tried to use different browsers. Nothing has worked so far.

Since you’ve already tried multiple browsers and refreshing, the issue is almost certainly with payment authorization rather than your local setup.

can you check the network logs from the browser to see what request is failing and maybe what the response body is?
